We are committed to offering you peace of mind through our package protection services against loss, theft, or damage during transit ("Services"). By opting for our Services, you ("you," "your," "user") agree to the following updated terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please review them carefully.

1. Overview:

Trustway Securities Inc. provides Services to protect packages ("Protected Packages") during transit from the seller to the buyer, mitigating the risks of loss, theft, or damage and ensuring the security of your product costs.

2. Eligibility:

To use our Services, you must: Accept these Terms and conditions in their entirety Including the Regulations section describing company policies.

3. Service Activation:

Our package protection service is automatically activated upon successful completion of your purchase with any participating merchant. You will receive a confirmation email detailing your order information from the retailer.

4. Limitations of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we explicitly disavow any responsibility and you agree not to attribute to us any losses, damages, injuries, claims, or other liabilities, whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise, arising from or related to your use or inability to use our services or any associated content. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, such as loss of profits, data, or business interruption, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether we were aware of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall Trustway's liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the total amount paid by you to Trustway in the one-month period preceding the incident giving rise to such liability, or (b) the remedy or penalty mandated by the governing statute. However, this limitation on liability shall not apply to Trustway's liability for (a) death or personal injury resulting from Trustway's negligence, or (b) any injury resulting from Trustway's fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

5. Use of Personal Information:

Trustway Securities Inc. collects and uses personal information provided by users for the purpose of providing our Services, processing claims, and improving our services. We may also use your personal information for marketing purposes, such as providing information about our Services, special offers, or promotions. Any new features, changes, updates or improvements of the Program shall be subject to this Agreement unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. We reserve the right to change this Agreement from time to time. Any updates to this Agreement shall be communicated to you. You acknowledge your responsibility to review this Agreement from time to time and to be aware of any such changes. By continuing to participate in the Program after any such changes, you accept this Agreement, as modified.
